2. 유의사항

1) 성적공시 전 수강소감설문에 응답완료 후 성적조회를 할 수 있습니다. (수강소감설문 일시중단기간: 6월 26일(금)17:30~6월 29일(월)17:00) 조회 후 이상이 있을 경우 반드시 정정기간 내에 담당교수/강사에게 확인(정정)을 하시기 바랍니다.

 

※ 안전교육 이수 대상 학과 소속 학생

- 성적공시 2주 전까지 ‘안전교육‘ 미이수 시, 성적공시기간 성적조회 제한

- 성적공시 기간 내 안전교육 이수 시, 익일(주말인 경우 월요일) 오전 11시부터 조회 가능

 

※ 정규 외국인 학생

- ‘인권과 성평등 교육’ 및 ‘범죄예방교육(한국법령)’ 미 이수시 성적공시기간 성적조회 제한

※ 고려대학생 - 사용자ID : 학번 / 비밀번호 : KUPID비밀번호

※ 학점교류생 - 사용자ID : 고려대 임시 학번

비밀번호 : 주민등록번호 뒤 7자리

 

4) ‘I’학점으로 공시된 성적은 정정 마감일 이후에는 ‘F’학점으로 처리되오니, 반드시 정정 기간 내에 담당교수(강사)에게 확인(정정)을 하시기 바랍니다.

 

5) 포탈의 「수업>수강신청>수강신청 내역조회」에서 수강과목의 재수강을 확인한 후 이상이 있을 경우 7월 15일(수)까지 소속 대학(부) 행정실로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

 

6) 재수강 과목은 성적확정 후 재수강 선별작업을 거쳐 일괄 삭제되므로 재수강한 교과목이 있는 경우 재수강이 삭제된 성적표는 7월 10일(금) 15시 이후에 확인하시기 바랍니다.

 

7) 「부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률」 제5조 내지 제7조에 근거, 채점상의 오류가 없음에도 불구하고, 교강사에게 학생 또는 제3자가 성적변경(상향 또는 하향)을 요청하는 것은 부정청탁에 해당하며, 2회 이상 동일한 부정청탁을 받은 교원 및 강사의 경우 학교에 신고의무가 발생하므로, 성적확인 요청 외 성적변경 요청은 삼가바랍니다.

2. Important Notes

1) Grade inquiries are available only after the completion of the Course Evaluation Survey before the grade announcement period.(Course Evaluation Survey temporary suspension period: June 26 (Fri) 17:30 ~ June 29 (Mon)17:00) If there are any discrepancies after verification, validation (or correction) must be requested from the professor/instructor in charge strictly within the correction period.

 

※ Students belonging to department subject to Safety Education

- If ‘Safety Education‘ is not completed up to 2weeks before the grade announcement, grade viewing will be restricted during the grade announcement period

- Upon completion of Safety Education within the grade announcement period, grade viewing will be accessible from 11:00 AM the following day (or Monday if completed over the weekend).

 

※ Regular International Students

- If ‘Human Rights and Gender Equality Education’ and ‘Crime Prevention Education(Korea Laws and Regulations)’ are not completed, grade viewing will be restricted during the grade announcement period

4) Grades announced as an 'I' Grade will automatically be processed as an 'F' grade after the correction deadline. Therefore, verification (or correction) must be sought from the professor )instructor) in charge within the correction period.

 

5) Retaken courses should be verified under 「Course>Course Registration>Course Registration History Inquiry」 on the portal. If any discrepancies are found, please contact the administration office of the affiliated college/department by July 15 (Wed).

 

6) Retaken courses will be deleted in bult through a selective process after grades are finalized. Therefore, transcripts reflecting the deletion of retaken courses will be available for confirmation after 15:00 on July 10 (Fri).

 

7) Based on Articles 5 to 7 of the 「Improper Solicitation and Graft Act」, requesting a grade change(raising or lowering) from a professor/instructor by a student or a third party, despite the absence of grading errors constitutes an improper solicitation.  Faculty and instructors who receive the same improper solicitation two or more times are legally obligated to report the incident to the university. Therefore, any grade change requests other than official grade verification must be strictly avoided.
