정보대학 공간예약 시스템 관련 공지를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
★ 기말고사 기간 대관 제한 안내 ★
● 기말고사 기간: 2025.12.15.(월) ~ 19.(금)
● 기간 내 공간예약 시 직전일 오후 3시 이후 승인 여부 통보
※ 승인 이후에도 시험 장소 변경 시 취소 통보 될 수 있습니다.
● 예시
★ 학위 논문 심사(디펜스) 관련 공간 예약은 시스템으로만 진행해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 공간 예약 시스템 적용 공간 목록 및 정보
(첨부파일에서 공간 사진 확인 가능)
※ 정운오IT교양관 520~523호는 소규모 세미나실로 PC가 설치되어있지 않은 공간입니다.
빔프로젝터와 스크린은 설치되어 있으니 개인 노트북을 지참하여 사용하시기 바랍니다.
2. 공간예약 시스템 사용 방법
1) https://csspace.korea.ac.kr/ (공간예약시스템) 접속
2) 로그인(포털 ID 사용) 후 대관 신청 클릭
3) 대관 정보 입력 (*단체 정보에는 개인 이름이 아닌 단체명 기입)
4) 대관 신청서 제출하기 클릭
5) 행정실 담당자 검토 후 승인 또는 취소 (*취소 시 대관 정보에 입력한 이메일로 취소 사유 발송)
6) 승인 시 대관 확인증 출력 후 해당 건물의 1층 안내 데스크에 제출
※ 제출 장소
- 과학도서관: 과학도서관 1층 경비실
- 애기능생활관: 과학도서관 1층 경비실
- 우정정보관: 1층 안내 데스크
- 정운오IT교양관: 1층 안내실 앞 거치대
3. 공간예약 시 주의사항
- 정보대학 소속 동아리, 학생회, 연구실, 학회만 대여 가능 (*단체명 정확히 작성 요망)
- 신청일로부터 2주 이내 공간 예약 가능
- 한 아이디로 공간 2개까지 예약 가능
- 예약 시 연락처(전화번호/Email) 및 사용 목적 명확히 작성 요청
(사용 불가 연락처 및 사용 목적 미기입시 승인 불가 처리함)
- 예약 신청 후 반드시 승인 내역 확인 (미승인 시 공간 사용 불가)
- 최소 1일 전 신청 요망 (행정팀 사정에 따라 당일 예약은 승인 여부 미통보 가능)

This is an announcement regarding the Space Reservation System of the College of Informatics.
★ Reservations related to the degree (thesis defense) must be made strictly through the reservation system.
1. List of Available Spaces and Information
(Photos of the spaces can be found in the file attached)
※ Rooms 520–523 in the Jung Woonoh IT Education Center are small seminar rooms without PCs installed.
A projector and screen are available, so please bring your own laptop if needed.
2. How to Use the Space Reservation System
1) Access the website via https://csspace.korea.ac.kr/ (Space Reservation System)
2) Log in using your portal ID and click 'Apply for Reservation.'
3) Enter reservation details (Enter the group name, not an individual name, under organization info)
4) Click 'Submit Application.'
5) The administration office will review and approve or cancel the request (* If canceled, the reason will be sent to the email provided in the reservation form)
6) Once approved, print the confirmation form and submit it to the Information Desk on the first floor of the reserved building.

- Aegineung Hall Science Library Security Office, 1F
- Woojung Hall of Informatics: Information Desk, 1F
- Jung Woonoh IT Education Center: Document Stand in front of the Front Desk, 1F
3. Important Notes for Reservation
- Only clubs, student councils, research labs, and academic societies affiliated with the College of Informatics may reserve spaces (*Group name must be entered accurately)
- Reservations can be made for dates within 2 weeks of the application date
- A maximum of two rooms may be reserved per user ID.
- Contact information (phone number and email) and purpose of use must be clearly written.
(Applications may be rejected if this information is missing or invalid.)
- After submitting a reservation, please confirm final approval (Spaces cannot be used without approval.)
