2026학년도 2학기 수강포기신청 시행에 대해 아래와 같이 안내드리며, 궁금한 사항에 대해서는 붙임 매뉴얼과 FAQ 안내를 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

가. 2026학년도 2학기 수강포기신청 일정
1) 신청기간: 2026. 09. 21(월) 10:00 ~ 2026. 09. 23(수) 09:00 (개강 4주차)
2) 3차 폐강일자: 2026. 09. 23(수) 17:00
※ 수강포기로 인한 수강인원이 0명인 교과목에 한하여 3차 폐강 처리
나. 수강포기신청 한도: 1학기 최대 9학점까지 허용
다. 수강포기신청 절차
1) 신청메뉴: 포털 > 수업· > 수강신청 > 수강과목포기신청 > 포기신청
2) 별도 승인 없이 수강생 신청 및 확인 후 신청완료
3) 수강포기신청 기간 중 수강포기신청한 과목을 '철회'할 수 있음
4) 수강포기 기간 이후에는 최종 수강포기 신청내역에 따라 확정 처리됨
라. 수강포기신청 유의사항
1) 수강신청 학점 이월 여부
- 수강포기 학점은 다음 학기의 수강가능 학점으로 이월되지 않습니다.
2) 등록금 산정 미반영
- 초과학기 이수자를 포함하여, 수강포기로 인한 수강이수학점 변동은 등록금액 감면 등 등록금 산정에 반영되지 않습니다.
3) 수강포기제한 과목
가) 1학년 필수이수 과목으로 일괄 수강배정과목
나) 실험·실습 및 유연학기 설정과목
다) 그 외 팀프로젝트 과목 등 교과 목적 및 운영상 수강취소 제한 필요성 있는 과목
4) 이수학점 요건 부족 시 불이익
- 수강포기로 인해 이수학점 요건이 부족할 경우, ①졸업요건, ②성적관련 포상(학기(최)우등생, 졸업우등생 선정 등)과 ③다음 학기 초과 수강신청 대상에서 제외될
수 있으니 관련 기준들에 대해 미리 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
5) 장학금 요건 유의
- 수강포기로 인해 국가장학금 등 장학금 선발 대상 선정 시 이수학점 요건 미충족으로 선발에서 제외되는 등 불이익이 발생할 수 있으니 개별 장학금 요건에 대해
미리 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
6) 유연 수강신청 학점제 적용
- 유연 수강신청 학점제 시행에 따라 학년도 내에서는 최대 3학점까지 선사용 및 이월이 가능하나, 학기 초 수강정정 기간까지의 최초 수강신청 학점을 기준으로 적용
하므로 수강포기로 수강 신청 학점이 축소된 사항은 반영하지 않습니다.

Notice on Course Withdrawal Applications for the Fall 2026 Semester
We would like to inform you of the implementation of course withdrawal applications for the Fall 2026 semester as follows. Please refer to the attached manual and FAQ for any questions.

A. Course Withdrawal Application Schedule for the Fall 2026 Semester
1) Application Period: 10:00 on Monday, September 21, 2026 – 09:00 on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (Week 4 of the semester)
2) Third Round of Course Cancellation: 17:00 on Wednesday, September 23, 2026
※ Only courses with zero enrolled students due to course withdrawals will be cancelled in the third round.
B. Course Withdrawal Limit: Up to 9 credits per semester
C. Course Withdrawal Application Procedure
1) Application Menu: Portal > Courses > Course Registration > Course Withdrawal Application > Apply for Withdrawal
2) The application will be completed after the student applies and confirms the withdrawal, without requiring separate approval.
3) Students may “cancel” a course withdrawal application during the course withdrawal application period.
4) After the course withdrawal period ends, withdrawals will be finalized based on the final course withdrawal application records.
D. Important Notes on Course Withdrawal Applications
1) Credit Carryover
Credits withdrawn from courses will not be carried over as available credits for the following semester.
2) No Reflection in Tuition Calculation
Changes in the number of credits completed due to course withdrawal, including for students enrolled beyond the standard period of study, will not be reflected in tuition calculations, such as tuition reductions.
3) Courses Restricted from Withdrawal
A) Required first-year courses assigned collectively to students
B) Laboratory, practice-based, and flexible-semester courses
C) Other courses, such as team project courses, for which course withdrawal restrictions are necessary due to the course purpose or operation
4) Disadvantages Due to Insufficient Credit Requirements
If course withdrawal results in failure to meet the required number of credits, disadvantages may occur regarding:
① graduation requirements,
② academic awards, such as semester honors, highest honors, and graduation honors, and
③ eligibility for excess course registration in the following semester.
Please make sure to check the relevant requirements in advance.
5) Scholarship Requirements
If course withdrawal results in failure to meet the credit requirements for scholarship selection, such as national scholarships, you may face disadvantages, including being excluded from selection. Please make sure to check the requirements for each scholarship in advance.
6) Application of the Flexible Credit Course Registration System
Under the Flexible Credit Course Registration System, students may use up to 3 credits in advance or carry over up to 3 credits within the academic year. However, this is applied based on the initial number of registered credits as of the course add/drop period at the beginning of the semester. Therefore, reductions in registered credits caused by course withdrawal will not be reflected.
