본교는 교내 모든 구성원의 인권 감수성 증진과 성평등 인식 개선을 위하여 2017학년도 1학기부터 「인권과 성평등 교육」(이하 "교육"이라고 함) 의무수강 제도를 운영하고 있으며, 이는「양성평등기본법」 제31조 등 현행법에서 정한 법정의무교육이기도 합니다.
위 교육은 구성원의 소속과 신분에 따라 졸업요건, 학위 청구논문 제출자격, 승진 및 승급과 재임용 요건 등과 밀접하게 연관되어 있으므로 첨부파일을 참고하시어 학업 등 각자의 계획에 차질이 없이 사전에 수강하시기 바랍니다.

Since the first semester of 2017, Korea University has been providing the 'Human Rights and Gender Equity Course' (HGRE Course) to all members of KU to foster human rights sensitivity and gender equality awareness. Completing this yearly course is a graduation requirement and a legal obligation pursuant to Article 31 of the Framework Act on Gender Equality.
Completion of the HRGE Course is closely linked to graduation requirements, eligibility for thesis submission, promotion, salary step advancement and reappointment, depending on your affiliation and status. Please refer to the attached files and complete the course in advance to ensure that your academic or professional plans are not disrupted.
