4. Abstract: As more and more sensors get deployed, there is not just more data but also more tasks that AI can solve. This motivates the unified AI solution that solves various tasks simultaneously, to take advantage from sharing data and knowledge across tasks. Since not all tasks are always necessary but tasks of interest from users could vary over time, it would be nice if the deployed AI solution can be optimized instantaneously to the time-varying tasks and resource budget. However, many AI solutions are static and do not allow flexible change after the deployment. In this presentation, I will introduce our recent research on Elastic AI that proposes flexible solution to such elastic needs.
