2023년 2월 24일(금) 인촌기념관에서 개최 예정인 본교 제116회 학위수여식 관련,
현장참석 2차 신청 일정을 아래와 같이 사전 안내드립니다.
인촌기념관 현장 참석은 학위수여 대표자 및 사전 신청 졸업생 본인만 참여 가능한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
1. 신청기간: 2023년 2월 17일(금) 오전 10:00 ~ 오후 16:00
※ 신청마감 시 조기종료될 수 있음
2. 신청대상: 2023년 2월 졸업예정자(및 2022년 8월 기졸업자) 총 200명(박사·석사·학사)
3. 신청방법: 온라인 폼을 통한 선착순 신청 (신청 시간에 아래 링크 오픈)
※ 행사 기획 및 공간 제약 상 졸업생 신청 인원이 한정됨을 너그럽게 양해 부탁드립니다.

4. 유의사항
가. 학위수여대표자 및 사전 신청 졸업생 본인만 인촌기념관 현장 참석 가능(외부 축하객 입장 제한)
나. 행사 당일 09시 20분까지 인촌기념관에 도착해야 합니다(08:40분부터 입장 가능)
다. 사전 신청 졸업생은 23일(목)까지 반드시 학위가운 대여를 완료해야함
(24일(금) 당일 대여 후 참석 불가)
라. 마스크 착용 강력 권고

《 Announcement of the application schedule for the 116th Graduation Ceremony - 2nd application 》
Regarding the 116th Commencement Ceremony of Korea University to be held at the Inchon Memorial Hall on February 24, 2023,
the schedule for the application for onsite attendance(2nd application) is announced as follows.
1. Application Period : February 17, 2023 (Fri) 10:00 ~ 16:00
※ Since the seats are limited, it can be closed earlier than the period mentioned above.
2. Qualifications for application : A total of 200 graduates (graduates in February 2023 and August 2022) (including doctors, masters, and bachelor degrees)
3. Method : Application on a first-come, first-served basis through an online form written in Korean
※ Please understand that the number of applicants is limited due to event planning and space restrictions.
4. Notices :
A. Only representatives of degrees (selected from college) and onsite attendee (who completed the application) can attend the Inchon Memorial Hall
B. Onsite attendees must be seated at the Inchon Memorial Hall by 09:20 am, February 24, 2023. (attendance available from 08:40am)
C. Onsite attendees must borrow the gowns within February 23, 2023. (Onsite attendees will not be able to attend the Inchon Memorial Hall if they borrow gowns at February 24, 2023)
D. It is strongly recommended to wear a mask at all times during the graduation ceremony
