<2026-1 취득학점 포기제도 시행 안내>


1. 신청 대상

  - 등록학기 7회 이상, 102학점[학사운영규정 제57조제2항이 정하는 대학(학부) 또는 학과(부)의 경우 106

    학점] 이상 취득한 재(휴)학생 (학사편입생은 4학년인 학생만 가능)

  - 복수전공을 이수 중인 학생, 수료생 및 졸업유예생은 신청 불가


2. 포기학점

  - 최대 6학점, 졸업 이전 1회만 신청 가능 (이번학기 3학점 + 다음학기 3학점 등 분할하여 신청 불가)


3. 포기 가능 과목

  - 학점 취득한 모든 교과목 (국내외 교류로 학점인정 받은 과목 포함, F 성적 및 이수중인 과목 제외)


4. 신청 기간

  - 5/6(수) 10시 ~ 5/27(수) 17시


5. 신청 방법

  -  KUPID > 학적/졸업 > 성적사항 > 취득학점포기신청에서 직접 포기과목 선택 후 신청

  ※ 취득학점포기 승인은 접수기간 종료 후 단과대학별 일정에 따라 순차 처리됨, 종강 이전까지 처리되지

      않았을 경우 소속 대학행정팀 또는 학사팀에 문의 (포털 전체성적조회 메뉴 활용)

  ※ 취득학점포기는 신청 후 취소 및 변경이 어려움, 신청 시 유의

  ※ 필독) ‘신청’ 버튼 클릭 이후 다음 페이지에서 ‘예’ 버튼을 클릭하여 “제출 되었습니다” 메시지가 출력되는지

      확인 필수 (세부내역 별첨 매뉴얼 참고)

       → 메시지가 출력되지 않은 경우 KUPID 취득학점포기 메뉴에 재접속하여 재신청

            (*정상 접수된 경우, 메뉴 접속 자체가 불가하여 중복 신청 가능성이 없음)


6. 주의사항

  - 교양필수, 전공필수, 교직필수 과목 등 교과과정상 필수과목은 포기 불가

     ※ 필수 교과목을 포기신청한 경우 검토 과정에서 반려처리될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 취득학점 포기 추가 접수 

         및 변경은 불가함

  - 학점 포기한 과목은 취득학점에서 제외하되 증명서에 과목명을 그대로 표기하고 성적은 “W”로 표기

    (즉, 성적표에서 교과목명은 삭제되지 않으며, 취득학점 및 평점만 삭제됨)

  - 이번 학기 재수강 중인 과목은 학점포기할 수 없으며, 학점포기 승인된 과목은 재수강할 수 없음

  - 한 번 취득학점 포기신청 한 후에는 그 신청을 철회 또는 변경할 수 없음

  - 현장실습으로 취득한 학점은 포기 불가

  - 학석사연계과정으로 수강한 대학원 교과목 삭제 시 학석사연계과정 합격이 취소됨을 유의

  - 취득학점포기가 가능한 교과목이 포털에 표시되지 않을 경우 소속대학 행정팀으로 문의

  - 본 안내문 및 별첨 FAQ를 숙지한 후 취득학점포기 신청 요망

     (오신청에 따른 변경 및 기한 도과 이후 추가 접수는 불허함)

<2026-1 Credit Withdrawal Notice>


1. Eligibility

  - KU student who has registered for 7 or more semesters and earned 102 credits or more[106 credits for specific colleges or departments as defined in Article 57, Paragraph 2 of the Academic Operations Regulations

    (Transfer students with a BA degree must be in their 4th year)

  - Students pursuing a dual degree, those who have completed coursework(non0graduates), and those who have postponed graduation are not eligible


2. Credits

  - Maximum 6 credits. Application is allowed only once before graduation (cannot be split into multiple semesters; e.g., 3 credits this semester + 3 credits next semester)


3. Eligible Courses

  - All courses with earned credits (including credits recognized through demestic/international exchange, excluding F grades and courses currently in progress)


4. Application Period

  - May 6 (Wed) 10:00 ~ May 27 (Wed) 17:00


5. How to Apply

  -  KUPID > Registration/Graduation > Grade Inquiries > Credit Withdrawal, then select and apply for courses directly

  ※ Approval will be processed sequentially be each college after the application period. If not processed by the end of the semester, contact your college administration team of Academic Affairs Team (Use the 'Transcript of Courses Completed' menu on the portal).

  ※ It is difficult to cancel or change a credit withdrawal once applied. Please exercise caution when applying.

  ※ MUST READ) After clicking '신청', you must click 'Yes' on the following page and ensure the message "Submitted" appears (refer to the attached manual for details). 

       → If the message does not appear, log back into the KUPID Credit Withdrawal menu and re-apply.

            (*If normally received, duplicate applications are not possible as the menu itself becomes inaccessible.)


6. Important Notes

  - Mandatory courses cannot be withdrawn. (e.g., General education core courses, major core courses college of education courses, etc)

     ※ Applications for mandatory courses may be rejected during review, and no additional applications or changes will be allowed.

  - Withdrawn courses are excluded from earned credits, but the course name remains on the transcript with the grade marked as "W".

    (The course name will not be deleted . Only the earned credits and GPA contribution will be removed)

  - Courses being retaken this semester cannot be withdrawn, and courses that have been approved for withdrawal cannot be retaken.

  - Once an application is submitted, it cannot be retracted or changed.

  - Credits earned through field practice (internship) cannot be withdrawn.

  - Please note that deleting graduate courses taken under the Combined Bachelor-Master Degree Program will result in the cancellation of your admission to the program.

  - If eligible courses are not displayed on the portal, contact your college administration team.

  - Please apply after fully understanding this notice and the attached FAQ.

     (Changes due to incorrect application or additional applications after deadline are not permitted.)
