2026학년도 1학기 조기졸업 신청 안내 



 ※ 2024년 3월 1일부 조기졸업 관련 규정 개정사항 안내

  - 조기졸업 신청 시 학기별 취득학점 조건 삭제(학기별 17(특정학과 18)학점 및 외국대학 학점 15학점 이상)

  - 조기졸업 신청 시 학점 조건 완화(4.00 → 3.85)

    * 학점 조건 완화는 조기졸업 '신청자격'이며(학사운영규정 제58조제2항), 최종 조기졸업은 기존대로 4.0 이상(동 규정 제58조제3항)이어야

       가능합니다. 해당 개정은 졸업 기대학점이 4.0인 학생들의 조기졸업 신청기회 확대를 위해 마련된 내용이오니 참고 바랍니다.

 


◎ 조기졸업 신청 기간 : 2026. 3. 3(화) 10:00 ~ 3. 20(금) 17:00까지 

 

◎ 조기졸업 관련 규정

  ※ 「학칙」 제4절 제41조(졸업요건), 제42조(학위수여)

      「학사운영 규정」 제5절 제56조(졸업의 기본요건), 제57조(졸업요구학점), 제58조(조기졸업: 일반), 

       제59조(조기졸업: 특별)


◎  조기졸업 대상 제외

  1. 공과대학 건축학과, 의과대학, 사이버국방학과, 약학대학 약학과 소속 학생

  2. 편입학생


  3. 성적경고 기록이 있는 학생



◎ 공통 유의사항 


     - 조기졸업 신청한 학기에 조기졸업 기준을 갖추어 졸업하여야 함.

     - 조기졸업 신청 후 조기졸업을 하지 않고 조기수료 및 조기유예하는 것은 불가함.

     - 조기졸업 자격은 조기졸업을 신청한 학기에만 유효하며, 6학기 조기졸업 탈락 후

       7학기에 조기졸업을 하고자 하는 경우 7학기에 재신청해야 함(다음학기로 자동 연장되지 않음)


     - 조기졸업이 승인된 학생은 추후 학사학위취득 유예 신청 불가함

 


◎ 조기졸업 : 일반 


  1. 신청자격

   - 모든 이수 교과목의 학점에 F 등급이 없으며 제5학기 또는 제6학기 말까지 108학점(졸업요구학점 135인 학과(부) :

     112학점, 140인 학과(부) : 117학점) 이상을 취득하고 전체 성적평점평균이 3.85 이상일 것

    * 성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 함(재수강 및 취득학점 포기 등으로 삭제된 이전 성적도

       모두 포함된 대내용 성적 기준임)

    * 추후 재수강을 하더라도 F등급을 받은 이력이 있는 경우 신청 불가

       (F등급은 취득한 학점이 아니므로 '취득학점 포기'도 불가)

    * 졸업예정증명서 발급을 위해 조기졸업 승인이 빠르게 필요한 경우, 단과대학행정팀에 요청하시기 바랍니다.

 

  2. 일반 조기졸업 기준 : 아래 사항을 모두 충족하여야 한다. 

    가. 학사운영규정 제56조와 제57조가 정하는 졸업요건을 갖출 것

    나. 모든 이수 교과목의 학점에 F 등급이 없으며 전체 성적평점평균이 4.00 이상 일 것

   * 성적은 학생이 수강한 모든 교과목의 성적을 기준으로 함(재수강 및 취득학점 포기 등으로 삭제된 이전 성적도

       모두 포함된 대내용 성적 기준임)

   * 추후 재수강을 하더라도 F등급을 받은 이력이 있는 경우 신청 불가

       (F등급은 취득한 학점이 아니므로 '취득학점 포기'도 불가)

 

  3. 신청방법 : portal.korea.ac.kr → 학적/졸업 → 조기졸업신청



◎ 조기졸업 : 특별


 1. 신청자격 

    - 일반대학원 학·석사 연계과정 및 학·석박통합 연계과정 합격생

    - 기타 신청자격은 일반 조기졸업자와 동일함

     * 연계과정에 합격하였으나 조기졸업을 신청하지 않으면 조기졸업을 할 수 없으므로 반드시 신청해야 함.

 

 2. 일반대학원 학·석사 연계과정생의 조기졸업 기준 : 일반 조기졸업 기준과 동일

 

 3. 신청방법 : 포털 신청이 아닌, 소속대학행정팀에 직접 아래 신청서류 제출(온라인 신청기간 내)

   -  제출서류[조기졸업(특별)] : 조기졸업신청서 1부, 석사과정 진입 추천서 사본 1부.

       * 아래 첨부 파일 2부를 다운로드 받아 사용





Notice on Early Graduation Application for the First Semester of 2026  



 ※ Notice on Amendments to Early Graduation Regulations (Effective March 1, 2024) 

  - Removal of the minimum earned credits per semester requirement when applying for early graduation (17 credits (18 for specific departments) per semester and 15+ credits for foreign universities). 

  - Relaxation of the GPA requirement for early graduation applications (4.00 → 3.85)

    * Please note that the relaxed GPA requirement applies only to the "application eligibility" (Article 58, Paragraph 2 of the Academic Operations Regulations). Final early graduation still requires a GPA of 4.00 or higher (Article 58, Paragraph 3 of the same regulations). 

This amendment was established to expand application opportunities for students whose expected final GPA at graduation is 4.00.

◎  Exclusion from Early Graduation

  1. Students in the Department of Architecture (College of Engineering), College of Medicine, Department of Cyber Defense, and Department of Pharmacy (College of Pharmacy). 

  2. Transfer students. 


  3. Students with a record of academic warning. 



◎ General Precautions 


     - You must meet all graduation requirements in the semester you applied for early graduation.

     - It is not possible to choose "Early Completion" or "Early Postponement" instead of graduating after applying for early graduation. 

     - Early graduation eligibility is valid only for the specific semester of application. If you fail to graduate early in your 6th semester and wish to try again in your 7th, you must re-apply during the 7th semester (eligibility does not automatically extend). 


     - Students approved for early graduation cannot apply for a "Postponement of Bachelor’s Degree Acquisition" later. 

 


◎ Early Graduation : General


  1. Application Eligibility 

   - Must have no "F" grades in any completed courses. Must have earned at least 108 credits (112 for departments requiring 135 for graduation; 117 for departments requiring 140) by the end of the 5th or 6th semester. Must have a total cumulative GPA of 3.85 or higher.

    * Grades are based on all courses taken (internal records including original grades of retaken courses or discarded credits).

    * Students with a history of an "F" grade cannot apply, even if the course was retaken later. 

       (Since "F" is not an earned credit, it cannot be "discarded.")

    * If you need rapid approval for early graduation to issue a Certificate of Expected Graduation, please contact your College Administration Office. 

 

  2. General Early Graduation Criteria (Must satisfy all)

    A. Meet the graduation requirements set by Articles 56 and 57 of the Academic Operations Regulations. 

    B. Have no "F" grades in any completed courses and a  total cumulative GPA of 4.00 or higher

    * Grades are based on all courses taken (internal records including original grades of retaken courses or discarded credits).

    * Students with a history of an "F" grade cannot apply, even if the course was retaken later. 

       (Since "F" is not an earned credit, it cannot be "discarded.")

    * If you need rapid approval for early graduation to issue a Certificate of Expected Graduation, please contact your College Administration Office.

◎ Early Graduation : Special


 1. Application Eligibility  

    - Students accepted into the Integrated Bachelor’s-Master’s or Bachelor’s-Master’s/Doctoral Program of the General Graduate School. 

    - Other eligibility requirements are identical to "General Early Graduation." 

     * Even if accepted into an integrated program, you must apply for early graduation to graduate early. 

 

 2. Early Graduation Criteria for Integrated Bachelor's-Master's  Program of the General Graduate School Students : Same as the General Early Graduation criteria. 

 

 3. How to apply : Do not apply via the portal. Submit the following documents directly to your College Administration Office (within the online application period) 

   -  Required Documents [Early Graduation(Special)] : 1 copy of the Early Graduation Application, 1 copy of the Recommendation Letter for Entering the Master's Program.
