1. 신청기간 : 2026.10.01.(수) 10:00 ~ 2025.10.31.(금) 17:00
2. 신청방법
- 신설 : 신청학생이 3. 학생설계전공 신설 제출 서류의 모든 서류 구비하여 소속대학(부) 행정팀으로 제출
- 기개설 : 신청학생이 4. 기개설 학생설계전공 신청제출 서류에서 [별지서식4], [별지서식5]를 제외한
나머지를 소속대학(부) 행정팀으로 제출(학생설계전공위원회에서 학생의 적격 여부를
1차로 검토 후, 회의록은 학생설계전공 주관 대학에서 학사팀으로 별도 공문 제출)
3. 학생설계전공 "신설" 제출 서류
① 학생설계전공 신청서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 1)
② 학업계획서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 2)
③ 학생설계전공 이수과목목록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 3)
④ 학생설계전공위원회 회의록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 4)
⑤ 학생설계전공 교과목편성 동의서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 5)
⑥ 성적증명서(기이수한 학생설계전공 해당 교과목을 형광펜 등으로 표기한 후 제출)
4. "기개설" 학생설계전공 신청 제출 서류
① 학생설계전공 신청서 (붙임의 '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)' 별지서식 1)
② 학업계획서 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 2)
③ 학생설계전공 이수과목목록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', 별지서식 3)
④ 성적증명서 (기이수한 학생설계전공 해당 교과목을 형광펜 등으로 표기한 후 제출)
⑤ 기개설 학생설계전공 지원자의 적격 여부를 판단한 회의록 (붙임 : '학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)',
별지서식 4)은 주관대학에서 학사팀으로 제출
5. 합격자 발표 : 2025.12.19.(금) 17시 (포탈(KUPID) - 게시판 - 공지사항 - 학사일정에 공지 예정)

<2026-1 Student-Designed Major Application Guidelines>
1. Application Period: 2026.10.01.(Wed) 10:00 ~ 2025.10.31.(Fri) 17:00
2. Application Method
- New Student-Designed Major: Applicants must prepare and submit all documents listed in 3. 학생설계전공 신설 제출 서류 to the administration office of their affiliated college (department).
- Currently established Student-Designed Major: Applicants must submit all documents listed in 4. 기개설 학생설계전공 신청제출 서류 excluding [Attachment Form 4] and [Attachment Form 5], to the administrative office of their affiliated college (department).
(The Student-Designed Major Committee will conduct a preliminary review of the applicant’s eligibility. The proceedings will then be submitted separately by the supervising college to the Academic Affairs Team via official correspondence).
3. Required Documents for Establishing a New Student-Designed Major

③ Course List ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form 3)
④ Proceedings of Committee for Student-Designed Major ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form 4)
⑤ Consent Form for Course Composition of Student-Designed Major ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form 5)
⑥ Grade Report (Highlight relevant courses already completed for the proposed major before submission)
4. Required Documents for Applying to a Currently Established Student-Designed Major
① Application Form ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form1)
② Study Plan ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form 2)
③ Course List ('학생설계전공 신청서 양식(1)', Form 3)
④ Grade Report (Highlight relevant courses already completed for the proposed major before submission)

Form 4)-> This will be submitted by the supervising college to the Academic Affairs Team.
